We enjoyed the fireworks from the lanai on Friday as well. We were a short walk from the lagoon and beach and it was a great location where we were able to walk where we wanted that was close enough to where we didn’t need to drive. Amazing view of Ala Moana harbor. If you’re staying on a Friday night you will have a perfect view of the fireworks show. The unit is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There is no washer and dryer in the unit so you’ll have to go to the laundry room. It can get very noisy at night, (especially on the weekends) even with the doors and windows closed. Parking can be a hassle. I recommend getting a multi-day pass. But you don’t need a car. There is a bus stop around the corner to take you to other parts of the island and you can walk to most of the popular place in town. Overall it was a good place to stay for the price and the location. ##### Ian M. We spotted quite a few roaches and other critters which is somewhat expected in the area but the management staff set up a trap and dropped off some Raid which was helpful! Overall is was OK. You are paying for the location and the view. Great location- on the quiet end of Waikiki. Check-in a snap with keypad door entry. Parking very easy beneath building. Property manager responded very quickly. Would have liked a screen on the sliding glass door and a dresser for clothes instead of the desk in the bedroom but this would not prevent me from staying here again. Great for a couple, probably a little small for 2 couples or a family. Great views of marina and Pacific. Friday night fireworks just outside the patio.
