Construction Notice 10/20/25: Exterior painting work is currently scheduled from 10/29 - 12/12/2025\. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule.   
  
Ilikai Marina is the best value in Waikiki for your vacation needs! It's situated directly on the water with a 180-degree ocean view. As you stand on the lanai of this condo, you look straight out to see the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor below and turquoise ocean waters beyond. If you love to surf, this is the perfect unit to check out the waves before picking your surf spot. You can relax in the living room and watch the boats, yacht races and the sail boats in the distance. The condo recently renovated their kitchen, bathroom and luxury vinyl plank flooring!

Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.  
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.  
  
BUILDING AMENITIES  
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.  
Parking is available in the building for $35 per day (\*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.  
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.  
  
Marina Hawaii Vacations has been providing fully furnished condo rentals to travelers since 1965\. Book with confidence, as we offer only legal vacation rentals in Waikiki and the surrounding areas. Plus, you'll save when you book directly with us!  
  
Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities. #### The View is Amazing

Everything was as expected. Close to beach, shopping, excursions. Could use a new large skillet in kitchen as the one that is there is not flat and turns precariously close to edge of stovetop, and the nonstick coating is peeling quite bad. But hey, we weren’t there for the skillet! We saw someone from security roaming around each day, which was nice. Excellent stay!
