The view is nice. It was clean, private and quiet (except for the street noise when the lanai door was open). The laundry area was clean and I never had to wait to use the machines. It's a great place to launch from while visiting Honolulu. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the AC is regulated by door sensors and the one on the lanai sliding door kept getting activated and turning OFF the AC in the middle of the night even though we were not moving the door. ##### Sally R. This unit was true to the pictures. Incredible views. Used the Lani to eat breakfast/coffee and catch some rainbows. The staff at Sunset was always very nice. We stayed for 10 days. We enjoyed the condo to the fullest with a full kitchen, coffee maker, ice maker. We used the BBQ on the 6th floor. I will be staying here for my next trip to Oahu. The condo was very clean. The elevator was fast, contrary to another review you could hardly hear it In the room. Parking was great and James was easy to get ahold of when checking in even though we flew in late. Location was excellent for restaurants near by and a quick walk to the beach.
