This hotel is affordable, couple blocks to beach. If you look for overall what you need such as kitchen big refrigerator etc.. it is ok. But other thing like carpet is old ii smells which make you feel sad when entering the room. Bathroom faucet is leaking not bad but make you feel it is like run out hotel. Sofa bed is terrible. Can't use for 2 persons as it advertised. Bottom line is if you think like what you pay is what you got then it is ok. Don't expect it is a good deal.

It’s bad here. But ac works. They have roaches in some units and hallways. And don’t tell anyone. They only refunded me 16$ for one of my card. I had got two rooms. Talk to the supervisor and she doesn’t want to give us a refund. Terrible here

The customer service was very good. The people at front desk are helpful, nice, and really good people. The property needs up dating and so do the rooms, but views so beautiful from our room.

I like the spacious room, the location and the service were excellent, but the room needs updating. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was a dingy smell in the room. Not sure if it was coming from the carpet or the ceiling or the air conditioner. It smell of a wet dog.

Rooms are equipped with pretty much everything to stay in and prepare meals. This makes things more affordable as Waikiki is expensive. Walkable to convenience stores and coffee. The property is old but was in decent condition. Communication was lacking as we placed a call to housekeeping with no response.

Property is closer to the Diamond Head & a bit remote from main WAikiki tourist area. Room rate is reasonable for budget traveler . Hotel has seen its age & room accommodation are old but is clean . Front desk are friendly & efficient . Nice size swimming pool . Coin operate BBQ grill rental is a unique feature at $2.00 an hour !
