This place is located extremely conveniently in Waikiki, and very importantly comes with a convenient reserved parking spot for no additional cost. The hosts are very communicative and helpful, and check in and check out was very simple. The place is nicely equipped, has AC, and is very comfortable. Of course, anyone booking should be aware that it is in the heart of Waikiki and not exactly a quiet neighborhood, but no complaints at all from us. We had a great time! ##### Rohit V. Location was excellent. The beach chairs and umbrella saved 100 a day on rentals. Having a parking spot was nice and not paying for that was worth its weight in gold. Had one small issue with the shower, very minor. Was taken care of right away with no inconvenience to us. Lots of food, activities and the beach within a short walk. The lanai was my favorite spot. Started and ended each day watching and enjoying the city. Only comment would be that the mattress could definitely use a topper. Will definitely be back. ##### Christie W. Even though it could use an update, it looks original, it was very clean and had almost everything we needed. Beach chairs and umbrella are great additions. Location was great, walking distance of downtown & beach. That being said, as it says in the ad, it gets loud but it was kinda neat listening to the street music at night. Condo was very clean. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and only a minute to local coffee shops, stores, and eateries. The free parking was a huge bonus, especially since we ventured out of Waikiki frequently. As first-time parents traveling with an infant, we appreciated that they provided a pack-and-play crib. One thing to note is that the surface is a bit firm, so we used some couch pillows to add extra cushioning, which worked perfectly. The apartment itself was well-equipped with a full kitchen, including everything from utensils and cookware to basics like salt, pepper, oil, and even spices. They also thoughtfully provided beach essentials such as sunscreen and aloe, which came in handy. While there were a couple of minor issues, the customer service was outstanding. They responded immediately and took care of everything promptly—definitely a 10 out of 10 in that department. As with any place in Waikiki, be prepared for some noise—typically, it quiets down around 9 or 10 PM. Occasional sirens or city sounds can be a bit loud, but that's to be expected in this area. Overall, considering the price and the overall experience, we found it to be an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend! ##### Amanda A. Loved that we could walk to Waikiki beaches and restaurants. Free parking was very convenient and we received quick responses from management to our questions. The clearance in the parking garage is no joke tho and the parking spots are skinny, so just be aware of that. The neighborhood seemed a little shady but no problems while we were there (for a week). Free parking is a super bonus, especially in Waikiki. Overall, it was perfect for what we were doing on island, just needed a place to crash that was clean, convenient (5 min walk to Duke's and the beach) and not super expensive, and this place fit that bill. ##### Kai B.
