Very centrally located. We had most of our meals out, but kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to eat in if you chose to. Beautiful view of the ocean and marina from the balcony. The property manager is friendly and attended to our needs in a timely fashion. The place was not as clean as I would've expected since I paid a cleaning fee. There is quite a bit of outside noise as there is a restaurant on the ground floor and the street outside is the street leading to the parking lot of the beach and boat dock. It was 8 days, but it was a very satisfying stay. The view of the yacht harbor and the sea when you open the curtain was wonderful. I definitely want to come again. Everything was good except for the essentials amenities for cooking in the kitchen was missing and the toilet seat was loose. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was ok and a great view of the harbor and boats. The building is older and really needs some repairs! We needed to do laundry but the machines were broken. There was also a lot of street noise with the door and window closed. The parking is in the building which is convenient since the property is on the 8th floor. The daily rate for parking is 25 dollars a night It went up when management was changed.
