Great place

Location was great in Waikiki, with a lot close by. Place was spacious for our family of 5. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, etc which were provided. Wrap around lanai was nice. Would stay here again.

Family vacation

Excellent place with lots of space and walking distance to food/shopping. Enjoyed the lanai, you can see fireworks at night. Conveniently had supplies for the beach: chairs, umbrella, towels & some beach toys which came in handy. Parking was a little tight but worked for our van. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Location / Views

Easy walk to all the things downtown. Very comfortable fun to sit out on the deck and read in the mornings and evenings. Comfortable and clean.

Nice condo with great views

The condo is great. Views of sunset at night are amazing. Property is clean and secure. Condo had plenty of towels and other items for the beach.

Great Waikiki Location and Views

Centrally located close to the beach and eateries. Great views and easy assigned parking spot. Beds are all comfortable and the unit was clean. Our adult group loved this property. You may not want to stay here if you cannot walk up a flight of stairs, you have little kids or if city noise at night bothers you.

We had a Great stay at the Condo for the week close to pretty much everything we wanted to do. With a pretty close walk to the beach. Mark was very helpful with the 2 parking problem i had which was no failt of his.

Awesome Property

Located in a perfect area of Waikiki--1000 steps to the beach. Penthouse with a wrap around veranda. We could see the water despite being a block from the beach. Great restaurants, great shopping. Such a lovely penthouse condo and so comfortable.

great family location on Waikiki

My wife and I stayed here with our son and his family (wife and children 13, 11, and 9). The unit was great with fantastic view of Waikiki including the Friday night fireworks display. /it was just 5 minutes off the beach on Waikiki and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels were provided for our use. There were lanais on eacj each end with seating on both. We loved staying here, and it was a very beautiful and classy introduction to Hawaii for my our son's family. Mahalo!

Hawaii penthouse

We loved the penthouse. It was perfect for our needs and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We loved seeing the sunrise and sunset all from our own patio. Check-in and communication was great and our host was very responsive.

Wonderful stay by Waikiki beach

Great location and size! The penthouse is located close to Waikiki beach and has a beautiful view of the skyline on both sides of the wrap around balcony. Really spacious 3 bedroom with large living room. Mark is very responsive and the access is secure since you need an elevator key. The building is really close to the shopping street, with all brand names stores. Highly recommend! Hope to be back.

Super location

This is the best condo we’ve stayed in in Waikiki. The unit is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. It has A/C throughout but with all the patio doors we were very comfortable without using the A/C. Mark was very responsive with any minor questions we had. This will be our Waikiki spot when we return.

Very convenient to everything from stores , restaurant, beach, walking distance. Condo very spacious. Only beds that were uncomfortable were the twin beds need softer mattress, pillows too flat but overall very happy with the condo.

Great location. Average hospitality

Location was perfect. Very close to beach, Shave Ice on bottom level. Great Italian food next door. ABC for essentials a couple doors down. Starbucks 5 min walk away. Only bit that was lacking were the extra touches like stocked coffee, bathroom toiletries, and needs updated decor. There was also a small set of stairs from 10th to 11th level that was unexpected and a little difficult with luggage.

Great family stay in Waikiki

My husband and 3 teens had a great stay in the penthouse! The listing was very accurate. The location was excellent - easy walking distance to main strip of Waikiki beach and shopping/dining! All the beds were comfortable. We used the bedroom AC units for sleeping but otherwise just opened the window slats and doors. The flooring is gorgeous. The location and access to the apartment felt very safe. Dedicated parking spot was incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great position

Spacious comfortable and very central older apartment. No elevator from the 10th floor. Great balconies but main bedroom quite noisy with continual aircon on neighbouring roof top. We really enjoyed our stay thank you Mark Ps batteries missing from tv remote

Great location!

Stayed five nights with a big family. The penthouse is located in the middle of major tourist attractions. The beach, restaurants, and stores, we could find almost everything nearby. There was a reviewer saying a bit noisy at night, but it is just acceptable for such a life in the middle of the tourist city. Mark, the host of the penthouse, was really helpful. We arrived earlier than expected, and he allowed us to check in ahead of time. We were so grateful for this offer, especially after a long flight. We really enjoyed the stay in Waikiki. The three bedroom penthouse may be too big for a group of two or three, it’s perfect for a family. We highly recommend.

Family Vaca

Property was just as we hoped! We aren’t “city people” but could appreciate the beauty of downtown Waikiki! We had 6 adults and we had ample room for all of us. There are two additional boogie boards and 2 new backpack chairs added to the outdoor amenities . Could use a better broom ( we got a little whisk broom and dust pan) for sweeping up.The grill is a panini press (not a BBQ 😊) but I did make steaks and pancakes on it. Coffee Maker carafe isn’t the correct one for the pot so it took a little rigging to make the coffee without leaking It was a great place to stay with easy access in and out. Try out the shaved ice downstairs!! Yum!

Great location for large family

This is a prime location to stay. We did rent a car and it was nice to have a parking space included. The host responded well when needed. We did not have any issues during our stay. Had perfect view of the Friday night fireworks from the balcony. It was a short 2 block walk to the beach. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Nice to have the ABC store if we needed something in a pinch just right at the bottom of the VRBO. Best snow cone shack as well right there. If we had to do it again we agree this was a great place. Allowed Everyone to be in one spot vs multiple hotel rooms. Nice to have a kitchen. We only utilized the refrigerator which was a nice full size one. On weekends it can get a little noisy. I did bring ear plugs and they help block out the nightlife noise.
