8/10 inside of condo was in very good condition, building itself is older and worn, but inside was clean and updated. Laundry facilities were on third floor and easy to use with app. It was very close to everything in Waikiki and beach and kapiolani park. Parking garage was tight, but was included in price, and the building was secure. I would stay again.
We enjoyed staying in your place! The lay out was perfect for sharing with our daughter and her boyfriend. Location was perfect for them to head out a bit later and enjoy the night life. It would be nice if both elevators worked properly. Only one is currently working and it was often a bit of a wait for a very full elevator ride.
This was a beautifully remodeled two bedroom condo that exceeded our expectations. The condo has plenty of room for a family of 6 and there is plenty of space to spread out if needed. Since we previously lived on Oahu, the location was perfect for anyone who wanted to be close to the beach and the restaurants in Waikiki. Having a parking space in the building (when dealing with kids) was a lifesaver. Worth every penny of having a location with a parking space. Next time we visit Waikiki, we are definitely staying here! Management's communication was great during the entire process as well.
We enjoyed this 2BR condo with another adult couple. The unit appears to be a 1BR unit combined with the adjacent studio, which made it easy to keep privacy between couples. The unit has a city view, but is very close to the beach with easy access to shops & dining. We opted for a 2BR shared condo vs. individual hotel rooms so we could relax together more and the included parking spot, which is private & secure, sealed the deal. The other tenants we met were all very friendly and welcoming to us. We did not have a need for the laundry facilities, but I did check it out. Maybe 10-12 washers & dryers, uses app to pay, but the 2 times I went down, every W/D was in use - it appears by a tenant doing a boatload of laundry. Kitchen & bath were well stocked, and anything you'd need could be purchased within a block. Full-size fridge (with ice maker) and other appliances, but no dishwasher. Unit had beach chairs/chaises available, reusable water bottles, small insulated lunch bag, and everything you'd need for the beach or hiking. Wifi had some minor issues with connectivity at times, but not a big issue.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the unit and would defiinitely consider it for future trips to Honolulu.

Great location-short walking distance to many things…unit well equipped, easy booking, communications were very timely, unit was very clean as well. Would book again!
The inside of the condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy several meals in (dining out for every meal can be expensive!) We arrived during a major storm and lost power on our second day there, but were grateful the building’s generator kicked in so the electricity in our unit wasn’t affected at all (AC, refrigerator/freezer, TVs and lights all still worked!) The only thing impacted during the power outage were the elevators, so we definitely got our steps in walking up and down 15 flights of stairs that day!) There were only two beach towels available in our unit (would’ve appreciated having a few more, as we did make it to the beach once the weather cleared up). We were able to make use of the washer and dryer in the building to wash towels mid-stay.Definitely appreciated having the private parking spot, although the building is very centrally located and we could walk most places (restaurants, stores, beach, zoo). All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
Interior of unit is very nice. Rug in outside hall is a bit dingy. Location is excellent; short walk to the beach. All questions answered very quickly.
Check in at night was difficult because area not well lighted and lock boxes were not easy to open. The description of the parking garage being under building needed to explain that parking was on lowest level. There was no mention of elevators or how to locate. I pulled two suitcases up one inclined driveway and started to do so on second drive up to lobby. Bless the sweet girl that appeared and offered assistance. Note: lowest parking level has terrible lighting. Bring a flashlight as my I phone was not sufficient. Wandering around in the dark in a strange place was ridiculous. Then there were two nights when neither elevator was working so we were effectively stuck. Could not get to car and ate popcorn for dinner. Oh and our last night we couldn’use the master bedroom shower because it would not drain. A/c kept it nice and cool, beds comfortable, neatly furnished. But after finding out from permanent residences that one or both elevators go out all the time, I wouldn’t rent this again. They kept saying they were going to make it right for my troubles, however, I am still waiting.
