Designated working desk. Walk to sandy beach and take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here are some house rules and information to avoid incurring any extra fees: \- No shoes are to be worn in the house. \- If guests are sandy, please rains off by beach. This ensures that sand is not tracked into the home. \- Laundry Room and Trash Room are found in the hallway by the elevator area. Please use appropriate recycle bins and leave cardboard inside Trash Room! \- If you are wet please avoid sitting on the furniture. \- You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. \- Please be considerate of your neighbors! Please be mindful of walking, running, furniture moving, etc., as floor noise travels.
