#### Wonderful apartment with parking!

This was our favorite VBRO rental ever! Booking, arriving, staying and leaving all simple and well explained! The apartment was clean,comfortable, and well located. Everything needed was in kitchen and bath! There are items for the beach all the way to paper towels. The view was great! The directions were clear and appreciated. Bed and pillows comfy. We highly recommend!

The unit was clean and convenient to both Waikīkī and Ala Moana. It was no more than a 10-15 min walk either way. The unit was clean, though a little bit of updating and the unit might have made it all the more enjoyable, but nonetheless it was still good. I still would recommend.

#### Very cost effective location

This was my first time booking on VRBO & I must say, this place was great! My husband and I lived on Oahu for a couple of years & came back to visit & this place was in a solid location in Waikiki. We were able to walk 10 mins to see the famous Hilton fireworks, 5 minutes to one of our fave restaurants, “Chart house”, and 2 minutes to the ABC store for all of our essentials. Communication with the host was great, The parking space was soooo convenient. Check in was a breeze. Our favorite part about the space was the gigantic window and view of the ocean. We slept to the sound of the ocean and cool island breeze every night. Laundry on site. Perfect for us two. Could even get away with a small baby/child if need be because of the king bed.The only things I’d recommend would maybe be updating some of the furniture/cabinetry. During some of our stay, one of the elevators went out, so that was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a 10/10!

Everything was as listed and our stay was great!Lots of places within easy walking distance.Many restaurants , shops, beach and large mall.Had a little trouble finding the entrance on gps.We finally through google put in the name1700 Waikiki Marina and it took us right to the entrance. Listing as advertised. Great place for solo or couple. Across the street from Hilton Lagoon and walking distance to heart of Waikiki. The room has everything you need. It’s small but you know that going in, it’s in bustle but just out of it so it’s perfect. You can walk to any restaurant you can imagine. Listen to the waves when the night life settles. The absolute bonus is secure parking. Management was outstanding, very much worth staying here. The location would be 5 stars. However, the room was small and the furniture was outdated. The kitchenette was adequate for making coffee and using microwave. The view was very nice and only a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. There was a dead roach on bathroom floor when we arrived and the mattress was not comfortable. If the room was updated and had a new mattress, it would have been 5 stars. The free parking was a perk as parking in the city is very expensive. Overall, for the money, it wasn't a bad place if you are not spending much time in the room, as there is no couch (only chairs) to relax on. Just know that it is not a high end condo, but we felt very safe.

Kitchen faucet handle very loose and needs tightening. Cable TV could not get it to work at all . Bathroom cabinets below counter needs to be refinished. Only one elevator working, worried that the only working one would breakdown and have to use the stairs with my heavy luggage. Could not find laundry soap pods. Lighting at desk not adequate for reading/ doing work.

Right on the edge of Waikiki, close enough wall to all of the shopping and food but far enough to be away from the huge crowds. There is an ABC Superette right on the corner, which was great for getting small toiletries and snacks if I ran out.The parking was a huge plus. Yes the stalls and the garage itself are a bit tight, but I find I did not have too hard a time maneuvering or coming into contact with someone going the other direction.The room itself was very clean and had all basic amenities. Nice view. Access to shared laundry machines was also nice to have. The AC worked very well.If I had to nitpick, I wish there outlets or power strips that were more readily accessible. There are two outlets in the kitchen area but otherwise hard to find places to plug electronics in for charging, especially by the bed. The mattress also felt springy.Check-in and check-out instructions were super easy to follow.Overall I had a nice stay and would probably book again.

#### Great stay just avoid if you're not okay with a few roaches

It's a really good deal, especially because of the free parking. The room was as advertised, with good communication from the host to resolve any issues. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because we saw a few medium size live cockroaches including one smashed on the wall that was never cleaned. Some of this may be out of the host's control but they were definitely not taking the necessary precautions to prevent pests (ie. no lid on the trash can and poor ventilation in the bathroom allowing for lots of humidity). Other than that, the place was great and we would definitely stay again. You really can't underestimate how much the free parking is worth in Waikiki. Hotels charge like 75 per day for parking and it's much harder to get out of Waikiki to see all the amazing parts of Oahu without a car. Having a free reserved spot is a godsend.
