We were allocated a very run down room. When we asked to move, the staff were very helpful and the second room we had was better. Even still, the sofa bed was broken so the kids spent the week on the mattress on the floor, the washer was broken on our floor and the one above and overall the property is dated. It was one of only a few which would fit our family of 5 (with teen/young adult children). Staff do their best. ##### Robyn L.
