I got locked out one evening (pest control people locked dead bolt and I didn't have the dead bolt key with me) so I called the Marina Hawaii Vacations after hours number and got an immediate response - Scott and Mei Ling got me into the apartment. I didn't rate it 5 stars overall because (1) the apartment is on the 3rd floor so there was a lot of street noise (to be fair, I knew this going in so it was just a matter of tolerating it); (2) several slats from the window coverings fell off every time I opened or closed them; and (3) the kitchen - very well equipped otherwise - lacked even basic condiments like salt, pepper, cooking oil; no sponges either. Not a big deal, certainly not a show-stopper, but they would have been nice to have. I would stay there again - thanks. ##### Russell H. The condo is roomy and clean, nice kitchen for cooking meals, and parking is super convenient in the attached garage for a very reasonable rate. My one complaint is the bed - the mattress is laughably bad, it's a motel mattress that looks to be like 40 years old and feels like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Really need an upgrade there.
