We put a lot of attention to details to make sure our guests enjoy their vacations to the fullest and at the same time to feel like at home. We separated a living room space and bedroom with a solid wall and two pocket doors to ensure a complete privacy for families traveling with kids. There is a 32-inch flat screen TV in a bedroom and 50-inch flat screen TV in a living room so there is no need to fight for your favorite tv show Enjoy beautiful city, palm trees and mountain views from a spacious 120 square feet lanai with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. This is a cooler side of the building and offers magnificent views at night. Fully equipped kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare simple to gourmet meals. It features beautiful quartz counter tops and mosaic back splash. Large open kitchen bar and open concept design that allows our guests to enjoy time together while preparing a meal or just sharing a Mai Tai. Luxury stylish 100% water resistant vinyl flooring is installed throughout the condo. This condo is tastefully furnished and decorated with all brand-new furniture, mattress, window AC unit, ceiling fan in the bedroom, rugs, pictures…. you name it. It sleeps 5 people: eastern king bed in the bedroom, queen-size sleeper sofa and modern lounge chair that easily converts into a comfortable single bed. Honolulu is synonymous with the worldwide fame of Waikiki Beach. Known for its white sand beaches, clear water and ideal surfing conditions, Waikiki Beach is a popular destination for locals and holidaymakers alike. The beach is accessed publically in many locations and is comprised of eight sections. Surfing, swimming, sand combing or relaxing in the sun – Waikiki Beach has it all! Valet parking is $ 45/day. Self parking is available in the building next door for $ 33/day HOUSE RULES DO NOT HANG ANYTHING FROM FIRE SPRINKLERS! CONTACT WILL CAUSE FLOODING Contact Us This is privately managed condo. Should you have any questions please do not go to the front desk. Instead, please call or text Remy at 808-387-7874. Smoking Smoking is prohibited in all Ilikai condos and balconies. Smoking inside of the unit or balcony will result in a loss of security deposit. AC We kindly ask to turn off AC when you are not at home. Please close balcony doors when you are using AC. Internet The Internet username and password are written on the modem (black box with a white sticker in front of it). If you have any issues connecting please make sure you entered correct username and password. If you still are having problems connecting please reboot the modem by unplugging from the outlet for 2 minutes first and then plugging it back. Trash Disposal and Washer and Dryer Trash chute and coin operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor next to elevators. Check Out Instructions Check out is at 10:00am unless is requested and approved day prior your departure by Dainora and Remy. The unit is located in the ILIKAI hotel/condominium just a short walk to the beach and all that Waikiki has to offer. The hotel is wonderful - bustling lobby with restaurants (including a rooftop restaurant with spectacular views of the beach and Diamond Head), stores, coffee shop, and ice cream shop.The unit was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Location was also great, right on the beach. Dainora was very sweet, she left us all the beach stuff: boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, towels, gave great sightseeing tips. We had such a great time. Dainora and her assistant were both super helpful and responsive. There is a great “Things to do” book in the apartment and it is super close to bus lines, shopping, beaches and restaurants. We had an excellent 12 days here and were starting to feel quite at home after only a couple of days. Would absolutely stay here again. ##### Rob S. Too bad because this was a great unit and even though it doesnt face the ocean, the view is still stunning! My husband and I plus our 3 teenagers stayed here comfortably and missed it once we left for a different rental towards the North Shore. The breeze through the open sliding doors made the AC Unit almost unnecessary. Unit was clean, laundry room was super close, lagoon is only a short stroll out back. Cinnamons downstairs is wonderful plus $2 ice cream at Dave's on Tuesday! Easy walk to shops and restaraunts! Dainora was wonderful, answered every crazy question I had, I really appreciated it. We had a tight schedule and she helped ensure all was taken care of! Cant wait to come back! ##### ORetha V. Walk to Waikiki strip is an easy 15 minute walk. Plenty of food options nearby. Close walk to kid friendly lagoon, with Kahanamoku Beach next to it. Highly recommend this room, we travelled with a baby and the owner was more than accommodating to include a travel cot in there for us. It was just like new. The Ilikai is a great place to stay. Walking distance to the mall, shopping and groceries. You're never far from an ABC Store. All the buses stop in front of the Ilikai. And the beach is just a short walk away. The best part about renting this suite was Dainora. She responded quickly to all of our inquiries, and was always very accommodating. We were pretty de-stressed by the end of our stay because the condo had everything we needed, clean, and very comfy.
