It was walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, the bus stop, and many other things. The property is conmfortable with plenty of spare bedding, a kitchen stocked with handy items, and wifi, etc. The pool and spa was also handy and well maintained. The company managing the property were extremely helpful during the check in process and communicated with us pleasantly and promptly throughout our stay. Parking being included was HUGE, as other places make you pay an extra $40-50/day for this! Beautiful view from the balcony. King size bed was super comfortable, though the fold out for the kids was very uncomfortable. Thankfully they provided a bunch of extra blankets and stuff we could use as padding so the kids found it comfortable enough to sleep on. There is laundry and dryer, but only one machine per floor so it may not be available, though I guess there's nothing preventing you from using the machines on other floors. The management team was very responsive, informative, professional, and friendly. The only recommendation I would have is to replace the mattress on the sofa bed, it is completely worn out. The building is by the zoo and a beach with a rock wall for great swimming. Parking pass is a nice addition to the reservation. WE WANT to stay here again.
