Free shuttle to Airport runs every 20 minutes and gets you there in 10 minutes. The staff were all polite and helpful. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Hong Kong."

"We had a family suite with two connecting rooms. The fridge was a bit small. The bathroom sink and shower was plugged and required us going to the front desk twice before someone would fix it for us. There weren’t many usb plugs for us to charge our devices which was a hassle. "
