The check-in staffs were helpful and friendly, prepared and ready to help. The washing facilities were good for long term visitors. It would be great if the hotel bus service can be extended before 10am and beyond 6pm. The two lifts could be a constrain as it could be slow during high peak hours. Overall, I had little complaint.
