Once there, at 2:01pm they said come back at 3pm. Despite two empty rooms clearly visible. Not ideal. Not worth the price I paid. After a half an hour I tried calling, no luck. Calls had to be made by several people to finally get a key to my room, after an hour of being trapped they finally brought the key.
