The area around the home is famous for its natural beauty and there’s so much to discover. Our 4 BR/3 bath home is perfect for a family retreat, friends’ trip, or a romantic getaway. There’s beauty inside and out, with a sundeck, great room with cathedral ceilings, a fully-stocked kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of amenities to keep everyone happy.
The space
From the moment you pull up to the property, you'll be in awe of the amazing natural scenery that surrounds this exceptional lake home. Take in the views through the expansive windows that maximize the relaxing natural lake scenery.

Step inside our home and feel your worries melt away. The space is remarkable and pristine but not fussy. Everything has been designed to feel inviting and comfortable. Warm wood, light-filled spaces, and soft furnishings beg you to settle in and stay awhile. Whether you’re soaking up the warm afternoon sun on the deck, or gathered around the stately wood-burning fireplace on a chilly autumn evening, this house has everything you need to get into vacation mode (even a full-size washer and dryer.) Head to the dock and choose your adventure - kayaking, fishing, even swimming; so get ready to enjoy all the Poconos has to offer.

Living Areas

Bigger is definitely better and this stately living room proves it. Soaring cathedral ceilings, a 2-story stone fireplace, and two large upholstered couches are the highlights of this bright and beautiful space. Spend nights watching movies on the cable-equipped flat-screen TV, or play a round of charades. There’s plenty of room for the whole gang in this room furnished in a traditional style with oriental rugs, armchairs with footrests, and rich wood accents.

Or nestle into the cozy sectional sofa in the family room and get lost in a good book. A second fireplace is here to warm you on cool evenings. It’s the perfect place for some quiet time.

Kitchen & Dining Areas

Our warm and welcoming farmhouse-style kitchen has everything you could need for whipping up a dinner for two or a holiday meal for the family. The full suite of kitchen appliances includes a full range with oven, under-cupboard microwave, dishwasher, toaster, stainless steel refrigerator with freezer, as well as a blender, toaster, coffee station with pods, and tea kettle. Serve your creations on our beautiful tableware to make any meal feel special.

When it’s time to dine, grab a quick meal at the bar that seats three - it’s a great spot to keep the chef company! Or dine in style in the traditional dining room with unbeatable nature and pond views through huge windows. The dining set seats up to eight people.

Bedrooms & Baths

Our primary king bedroom suite on the main level is a work of art. A sumptuous four-poster bed adorned in the most comfortable linens is the centerpiece of this spacious and bright retreat. Highlights like the cathedral ceilings, massive windows, and rich textiles work together to create a feeling of peacefulness and will get you recharged for each new day. A seating area with a flat-screen TV makes relaxing before bed with your favorite shows so easy.

French doors lead you to the ensuite bath with double vanity, a tiled walk-in shower, and plenty of fluffy towels.

The three guest rooms boast premium queen beds and flat-screen TVs. Each has their own unique design and feel, from floral and chic to rustic, but all have been designed with your ultimate comfort in mind.

The second full bathroom has a walk-in shower and single vanity and bathroom #3 has a glass door shower/tub combo and a spacious vanity for all your essentials.

Outdoor Amenities

Step outside and immerse yourself in the incredible outdoor amenities of this stunning home. Whether you seek a quiet retreat or a lively gathering with loved ones, this space has it all.

Enjoy the tranquil sounds of birds singing and the refreshing morning air on the screened-in side deck while sipping a cup of coffee. Dine al fresco in the evening while cooling off in the gentle breezes.

When you’re ready to soak up some rays, the sun deck is waiting with lounge chairs strategically placed for maximum sun exposure. Alternatively, head to the flagstone patio and relax at the seating area for a refreshing respite from the heat.

Cook up a storm on the propane grill on the back deck, accompanied by additional seating for guests. And just across the road, the picturesque Long Pond awaits with kayaks and a small row boat for your enjoyment. Observe the local wildlife with a pair of binoculars or dive into the water off the dock with ease.

Entry is via a keyless lock. Guests will receive the code for the locks before check-in.
Other things to note
This Lake Alden home is an excellent venue for family vacations, couples weekends and small corporate retreats.

Northeast Pa is an excellent region for fishing, hiking and outdoor activities.

Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood.

No pets are allowed on the property.

A highchair and crib are available in the home.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
