    WINTER DRIVING & SNOW
This is the Sierra Nevada, and winter conditions are part of the experience.
Neighborhood roads are regularly maintained and plowed, but significant storms can create challenging driving conditions.

Chains may be required by California authorities, even for some AWD or 4WD vehicles.
Please monitor weather forecasts and road conditions before traveling.

We love animals, but unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.
Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning charges and applicable damage fees.

    WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS
    Mountain weather can be unpredictable.
Winter storms, wildfire smoke, and changing road conditions may affect travel plans.
Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy and any applicable Airbnb policies or legal protections.

Spacious and Clean

We had an amazing stay! The house looked just as described. It felt very spacious. There were a lot of beach items available to use including paddle boards, and beach chairs. Everything was very very clean. The location was great, close to Tahoe City and a very quiet neighborhood. We had a few questions during the stay and the host responded right away. We would definitely stay here again!
