This is a good "brand" type hotel, new and well-appointed and reasonable. With eagles nesting in the parking lot trees. A decent location, close to a supermarket and restaurants, very helpful staff. It also works as a corporate events place but the rates were normal.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The fitness room needs an overhaul. Coffee in lobby only til 10:00. Safeway across the street and restaurants very close. Employees were very friendly. I’d stay again.

Poop in the toilet on the seat. Not cleaned. No cleaning staff available so we went to another room Nice place to stay BUT the biggest frustration is the cost of having a pet (dog) which was $50 US per night The same hotel Aspen Suites Inn in Anchorage charged us $37.08 US SO THINK TWICE IF YOU GO TO THIS HITEL WITH YOUR PET NO HELP FROM THE MANAGER
