The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious athough it was located at the back of the Inn across a beer barrel storage area. The Welsh Breakfast was excellent. The car park was very convenient, as was the situation of the Black Boy.

The staff were very welcoming & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, tidy & light. Plenty of tea, coffee, bottled water & biscuits, which were replenish daily. staff were absolutely friendly, the room was so clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants to have an amazing view when eating breakfast or going on a walk

We (2 couples) stayed in Ty'n Rhos Country House for the Easter weekend and decided to also stay for dinner 2 out of 3 nights. We were amazed by the comfort, service, and quality. The location was great, an easy drive to the nearby castles, Snowdon railway, and other historical sites. We took the train from London to Bangor and hired a car there. Great base for walking the Llanberis path up Snowden. The hosts were extremely welcoming, warm, and knowledgable about the local area. A selection of teas and coffee are available in the lounge area which felt much needed after the climb! Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend :)

My husband booked 3 nights here as a birthday treat - and it exceeded my expectations. Both our bedroom and the public spaces were lovely, the food was excellent and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be back!!

Booked this last minute and were so happy we did. Location is magnificent and with views to die for. We stayed in the cottage which was just perfect for us. Had a fully equipped kitchen that we did not use as we were only for only one night but perfect for anyone staying longer and with small children We chose to eat dinner in the restaurant and are real foodies and love fine dining. Little disappointed with the overall experience. Food prep and quality could be stepped up a notch. ...

Central for University and surroundings. Clean accomodation and nice place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at The Bulkeley. Overall the hotel was clean, charming and very well located. Our sea view room with a four poster bed was really tastefully decorated, with period features and a modern bathroom. The views out the window were also beautiful when the sun shone! Staff were lovely and the breakfast and coffee served with it was very tasty. I would definitely recommend staying!

Great place to stay.

Lovely hotel. Our room was in The Town House. It was large and had everything you need. Comfy bed, lots of sockets, big bathroom with good shower. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Friendly staff. No parking at the hotel but that wasn’t a problem as there is a big car park a short walk away which only cost £6 for 24hours. Would definitely stay there again.
