Both houses are incredible. Private beach access, unbeatable views, and everything you need provided for the ultimate beach vacay. We love to rent a golf cart and explore the island throughout the week. The updated kitchen at Tiki and huge outdoor deck were our favorite part!

We had a small leak under the kitchen sink on day of arrival, called the rental company and leak was repaired within the hour. House was well stocked with everything we needed. We were in walking distance of many restaurants and even the grocery store. Hoping to come back next year.

We love the unobstructed view of the beach and the feeling of freedom it gives us. We are also happy, that we were allowed to bring our dogs along. The living room/kitchen area is so open and offers the best views when you are making breakfast or just watching the sunset.

It was very lumpy and soft, and we woke up each morning with a sore back. Also wish the master bathroom shower had better hot water. It was luke warm at best when running alone, and cold if someone else was using the other shower or dishwasher. Regardless, the sunsets and porch were the best. We could spend all day watching the natural beauty. We would love to return some day.

Reviewer Comments: We weren’t originally supposed to stay in Tiki, but a week before coming, the owners of our condo we were renting sold and canceled all upcoming rentals. IVP swooped in and settled everything before we even had time to panic! They upgraded us to Tiki, and boy was it an upgrade! This house is STUNNING! Photos do not do it justice by how beach front this property is! This house was perfect for our littles, and the booth for the dining table was their favorite place to eat and color and play games. The water pressure in the house is amazing! (The washer and dryer was an added bonus) There were leftover beach chairs, floats, and umbrellas from previous renters buying and leaving, and they were all in great condition. This was the best beach front property, and with it being a private entrance there was literally nobody around! The porch was the PERFECT place to watch sunsets every night, and we saw so many dolphins just from sitting outside! Island vacation Properties even surprised us with a blow up pool for my toddler, and sand toys since I joked about leaving it at the previous place we originally rented! IVP will have forever clients with us! They always take care of their people! Highly recommend IVP, and highly recommend Tiki Beach House!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: great expansive deck with gorgeous views of the ocean. House is decorated nicely. Property was clean. Easy self check-in.Water pressure in shower was excellent. The bad: In all three bedrooms the mattresses were lumpy and way too soft. In fact, there are no box springs. We all tossed and turned all night. Worst beds we all ever slept on. I complained to rental agent and they gave one other choice to move to the end of the island - but we first took a look at property and it was so far from where we wanted to be, but the real deal breaker was the mattresses there were deplorable as well, so we were stuck with what we had. For 5k a week, you would think the home would have upscale mattresses. As if that’s not enough....To top it off, my husband tripped on the corner of the upturned throw carpet and fell over backwards into the sharp corner nightside table / bed rail and broke two ribs. That was on day two. Needless to say, it was a miserable week. My husband was laid up in bed 24/7 til we departed. Was not even offered a partial refund.The garbage disposal did not work. I had to go out and buy toilet paper as they left us with 2 rolls for the week. The property rental manager came over and brought us 2 more rolls...lol. He was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned for my husband's condition. We would have left had my husband not broke his ribs and therefore, could not walk —especially down 14 flights of stair!!!!

Communication between the host and our family was great. The location was amazing. The house was very clean and contained all the amenities we needed. It was nice to have chairs to use at the beach. Wonderful stay

Perfect space for my husband and three teenage sons. During the weekdays, the beach in front of the house was just us and a handful of neighbors. There are two homes on either side that were closer than I expected. The one house had a huge family reunion so it was a bit loud one weekend. Otherwise, quiet and serene. Great location. Walking distance to drug store, great German restaurant and a nice breakfast cafe. It was a wonderful stay. The house is clean and perfect size for my group. Beautiful sunsets from porch. Nice new kitchen for cooking.
