A second bathroom off the main living area with a tub/shower combination - perfect for sandy kids after a long day at the beach. The open and generous living area features ample seating for winding down in front of the HDTV with DVR and DVD. Need room to sleep six? Our sofa is a fully convertible queen sized sleeper. ​​​​​​​We might be only 7 miles long but Anna Maria has everything you could possibly need for your perfect beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide those for you. Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways. No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you? “You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The property was 100% as described, with all amenities one could want and very close to the gulf beaches. It’s extremely private with everything you need for a beach vacation. Location is perfect and central to everything. Pool is relaxing after a hot day on the beach. If your husband is a clean freak like mine, the washer and dryer being outside will freak him out. For normal people it’s totally fine 😉. Kitchen was well equipped. Can’t stop thinking about the devastation it caused. Very sad for that peace of paradise and their people. Hopefully we will be back for our third time. ##### Gina B. We had approved pets which this could have killed had one gotten a hold and ingested. The floor was sticky, there was mold in the shower and the tile was thru out was not clean and dirty towels stuffed in the closets.. There is rips in the couch and a ton of other personal stuff stuffed in the bedroom closets. This is not worth the money we paid and we will never be back. The master has a huge memory foam topper so if you sleep hot good luck and of course the sheets won’t stay out because of the topper. After the dead cockroach showed up and I sent a picture to the property manager, they allowed us to check out early which we did. We had a great month in Florida exploring potential retirement areas but this was not one of the properties we could recommend. ##### Elyse B. I’ve been coming to Anna Maria/Holmes Beach for years and this property was perfect for myself, my partner and my dog. We stayed for the week and enjoyed the private pool. This property is located on a corner lot so it was very quiet although i don’t believe anyone was staying at the property adjacent which may have helped. When we arrived the property lived up to the pictures and the pool was bigger than i thought! The king size bed in the main room wasn’t too comfortable they need some sort of mattress pad and was a little stiff but the bathroom and shower were very nice. There wasn’t a dresser for shorts/pants in the main room just a closet for hanging clothes to which we had to use the guest rooms dresser. All in all the property had an on-site washer and dryer which was great and had a lot of kitchen equipment with a really nice dishwasher. We will be booking this property for all our future stays. ##### Carly S. We are settling in to Sarasota from NH. We’ve stayed at plenty of houses in the past. I have to say Salt Water East exceeded my expectations. The pictures online don’t do it justice. Even through the rainy days we were there it was so comfortable and homey. The owners didn’t leave out any thoughtful amenities. I’m so glad we found this gem. We would definitely come again and also recommend to anyone. It’s very private. ##### Adele B. Wonderful location, close to everything via golf cart. We used the pool everyday that we were there. Great ambiance, very secluded because of the palm trees and beautiful landscaping surrounding it.
