"First morning there I was upset to see bugs swarming around the breakfast food. The lobby looks alot more updated and fancy than the rooms do. And the front desk service was on some days filled with attitude. Pool was fine. Lots of renovations going on. Being close to the surrounding area was nice at least. I was a solo traveler so the room did its job, but likely won’t stay here again. "

"Room.was clean but it doesnt get cleaned unless requested. Recommend asking at front desk.during check.in for a refresh on day 2 or 3. Beds very comfortable, room was spacious and updated. Staff do not speak English fluently, so use Google translate if need be. Bring some washing machine detergent and sheets from home saves purchasing as its expensive on site for longer stays. Resort fees are not added on your bill until the end so be prepared for that in addition to cost of hotel, resort fees are not optional. Great proximity to beach (lifeguarded) which was nice, great location. Great experience. *tip in cash is preferred at the beach. **** eating on boardwalk, expect 20% service fees auto included on most restaurant bills and this is not the tip."

"Staff was very accommodating with room upgrade. Room view was spectacular for both the beach and city areas. Room and dining areas were very clean. Place does get busy so make sure to request valet in advance when needed."

"The Hotel was nice but the Beach and the Ocean was NOT clean, the water was completely covered with seaweed which made it very difficult to get in to the clear water. The Hotel and the Beach was very busy, since the Hotel management let all public access to the Hotel, Restaurants and especially letting all public park in the Hotel, so we had to look hard for parking. The Board walk front of the Hotel was very busy. I will NOT return to this Hotel nor to this area."

"The room we were given had roaches, including on the bed. We immediately requested another room but were told none were available. We had no choice but to leave the hotel and spend the night at the airport. Completely unacceptable experience."
