"Nice hotel to stay in Niigata, great location just couple of minutes walk to Niiagata JR Station and restaurant area. Hotel condition is superb, very grand and welcoming lobby efficient self check in procedure that is comparable with big cruise line. Room size is adequate but packed with features and amenities. Bed and pillows are comfortable, and room is quiet enough for a good night sleep."

"The property is located in a very convenient location, right above the train station and shopping malls. Check-in was easy. There is no parking facility in the hotel but it offers discounts for hotel guests to park in nearby facilities. Staff was helpful. Rooms were a bit run down but generally neat and tidy. It was very good for the price. "

"First time staying there, family of 3 with 1 child under 5. Warm reception, gift for child made their day, clean and convenient being next to station, great breakfast and big spacious room. Hotel kept our suitcases aside day we arrived and say we departed. We explored Kanazawa luggage free which was appreciated. Would recommend and would def stay again. "
