### Comfy family home, stay at our retreat on Brittan St!

Welcome to your Hokitika home away from home – a spacious two-storey house designed with families and groups in mind. Nestled in a quiet spot close to the beach, walks, and playgrounds, it’s the perfect base for relaxing or exploring the West Coast.  
  
Downstairs, you’ll find an open kitchen, dining, and lounge area – ideal for sharing meals and unwinding together. There’s a full bathroom and laundry for convenience, along with a large bedroom that sleeps up to four guests. This flexible space has a queen bed, single bunk, and optional trundle bed. With its own smaller TV, it doubles as a great hangout for kids while the adults enjoy the main lounge.  
  
Upstairs features two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. The master room is bright and roomy with a queen bed, while the smaller bedroom offers two comfortable king singles – great for friends or family. The second bathroom, though compact, is fully equipped to make mornings easier when travelling with a group.  
  
Step outside and enjoy the fully fenced, private outdoor area. Fire up the BBQ and gather on the covered deck for relaxed dinners, no matter the weather. The fenced section also makes the home pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can come along for the adventure.  
  
With plenty of space across two levels, two bathrooms, and flexible sleeping arrangements, this home suits both families and groups looking for comfort and convenience. Its location keeps you close to Hokitika’s highlights – stroll to the beach, explore nearby walks, or let the kids enjoy the local playgrounds.
