Staff are helpful at the front desk and porter. Our stay was generally great. Only thing we dont like is the selection of food for breakfast. More variety and better dishes will make it better. Front desk helped us booked our tour in Hoi An and also our transportation back to the airport.

"Beautiful hotel close enough to town but not right in the old town which suited us perfectly. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice. Lovely having the pool to cool off after humid days. Rooms were spotless as was the hotel & staff were helpful."
