Close enough to Old Town but still close to beach…close enough to Danang, but far enough away from Danang… Excellent breakfast every morning, clean room and relaxed atmosphere good menu and great service! "The room was clean and amenities for bathroom always replenished with clean ones. Staff were very friendly. On our last night, we had an unwanted guest (looked like a spider) clinging on the ceiling. We were able to get rid of it."

This is not to mention that the site that the resort is located is beautiful and very well designed, making for a very comfortable stay. "Our stay at the Grand Sunrise Hotel in Hoi An was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is quite new (around two years old) and it truly shows. The property is in excellent condition, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. Some of the best sleep we had during our entire trip. We were warmly welcomed by Amy and Luna, who were both exceptional. They were genuinely kind, attentive, and always happy to help. They gave us great recommendations, including an excellent tailor in Hoi An and fun activities to do in the area, which made our stay even more special. We stayed for four nights, and breakfast quickly became my husband’s favorite part of the trip. The selection was fantastic, fresh, and delicious every single morning. It was clear a lot of care goes into it. On one of the hottest days, relaxing by the pool was an absolute treat. The staff was always nearby, bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable without ever being intrusive. The level of attentiveness and kindness from the entire team truly stood out. Overall, this hotel made our time in Hoi An unforgettable. Wonderful staff, beautiful and clean facilities, amazing breakfast, and a very relaxing atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An."

"Rooms were beautiful and clean and very quiet so you could get a good nights sleep. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of different options. Location was fantastic with view and easy access to the rice fields and restaurants. "

"If you love nature, Nghé Garden Resort is a hidden gem. The entire place feels thoughtfully designed to blend with the natural surroundings. Early in the morning, I walked through the garden and took photos of flowers covered in dew. The sounds of insects and birds made the experience feel immersive and alive. This is not a crowded or noisy resort—it’s a place where nature sets the rhythm of your day. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to reconnect with the outdoors."

"This is a lovely place to stay. I had a ground floor suite near to the central courtyard which is where the outdoor pool is located. The suite was more like having a little villa to myself - a spacious living / bedroom space with its own little front porch with a seat that was perfect for reading. Bathroom was sizeable too and had both bath and shower options (one indoor and another outdoor decked area for showering too) Staff were attentive and welcoming throughout - a first class service all round. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options and was always well-stocked while I was there. The location of this hotel may not be to everyone's tastes - some may prefer to be closer to the old town in Hoi An or the beaches but I found both within good distance and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to both as well. Many thanks to the whole team at Ahoy Hoi An for helping to make my stay a calm, peaceful and memorable one. "

"A fantastic hotel to stay at in Hoi An.Wonderful staff in Vivian, Sally, Catherine, Minh, Hau and more who are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.Rooms are great with very comfortable beds, great shower and bathrooms, TV, fridge, compliments etc. Swimming pool is large and very clean.Very easy access to the heart of Hoi An town and Ancient district.The free bike use is marvellous and it is a 5 minute flat, relaxing ride into the heart.Very safe ride during the day or night.Breakfast is very good with many fresh options from the buffet.Serene is a perfect place to stay and I could have happily stayed longer.Will definitely return to Serene Hotel & Spa in the future."
