Here you will find a cosy attic flat with a small balcony in a two-family house in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac. You benefit from a relaxing location in a new development area, south of the Hohwachter Wäldchen, on the edge of the Baltic Sea resort.

You can park your car free of charge in the car park of the property.

W-Lan works very well and is free of charge.

On the ground floor of the house, which was built in 1993, is the landlord's flat, which is used occasionally. After entering the house, a staircase leads directly to the front door of your holiday flat. Inside, the flat is spacious and cosy with a living space of 64 m², as the dormer windows allow sunny daylight into the interior and the ceiling height is pleasantly high thanks to the installation of a mullion. Inside, you will find a bedroom, a bathroom and an open-plan living, cooking and sleeping area. The bedroom has 12 m² of living space and is furnished with two single beds, each measuring 200 cm x 90 cm, and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower function, a wash hand basin with mirror, a WC and a bathroom window covering 9 m². The large 43 m² living room is divided into a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate sitting and sleeping area with two movable single beds (each 200 cm x 90 cm), as well as the cosy living area with a three-seater and two upholstered chairs. This room offers a beautiful panoramic view for tracking migrating birds from the two inland lake nature reserves. Free W-LAN is also available for googling the various bird species. From the living room you can access the approx. 2 m² south-facing balcony through the balcony door.

There are shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood with virtually everything you need and, above all, the fantastic beach within walking distance. You can also pass the small wood on the shortest route and get directly to the centre and the beach after approx. one kilometre.
