It presents a cozy attic apartment with a small balcony in a two-family house in a quiet location in a dead end road game. You benefit from a peaceful location in the new residential area south of the Hohwachter grove, on the edge of the seaside resort. After the house entrance leads directly through a stairway to the front door of your apartment. Inside affects the apartment (about 64 square meters) generous and comfortable, as sunny daylight passes through the large dormer windows into the interior and the ceiling height by installing a high Mauerdrempels pleasant fails. It is offered with a bedroom, a bathroom and an open living, kitchen and sleeping area. The master bedroom (12 sqm) with two adjoining single beds (2 x 200 cm x 90 cm) also established solo stellend and a wardrobe. The bathroom (approx 9 sqm) has a bath with shower function, wash hand basin with mirror, a toilet and a large window for ventilation. The large living room (about 43 sqm) is divided into a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate seating and sleeping area with two adjustable single beds (200 cm x 90 cm) and the cozy living area with a three-seater and two upholstered chairs. In this room there is a beautiful panoramic view to migrating birds from the two inland conservation areas to pursue. From the living room leads through the balcony door on the approximately two square meter balcony. On the property you can park your car for free. Nearby shops and restaurants waiting with virtually everything what man needs as well as especially the beautiful beach within walking distance. Sie ist zumindestens für 2 Leute ausreichend gross, geräumig und hell. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Einfamilienhaussiedlung, sehr ruhig, am Rande von Hohwacht (ca. 15 min zu Fuss zum Strand). Die Ausstattung ist aber insbesondere im Wohnzimmer sehr alt und bedürfte dringend einer Erneuerung (insbesondere das Sofa, die Sessel, die Beleuchtung, der Fernseher). Das Sofa und die Sessel sind extrem durchgesessen. Mit dem vorhandenen Lampen im Wohnzimmer hätte man kein Buch lesen können. Die alten Kochtöpfe laden nicht zum Kochen ein. Eine Spülmaschine ist auch nicht vorhanden. Wenn man nicht zuviele Ansprüche hat, mag es ok sein. Ich hätte allerdings mehr Komfort erwartet. ##### Sabine E. Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, dafür schön ruhig. Ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Bäcker/Supermarkt und zum Strand. Ausstattung ist funktional und in Ordnung, es gibt keine Spülmaschine, aber für eine Woche zu zweit ist das kein Problem. Die Ortschaft bietet einige schnuckelige Lokale und relativ wenig Tourismus-Kommerz. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber.
