"Fantastic location and great value for relaxation and fun in the NY/NJ area. Hoboken is so nice and pleasant it's almost weird. The flat is located within steps of a great bagel place (O'Bagel, truly excellent and busy), coffee (Jefferson's and Hidden Grounds), and restaurants (the ramen and poke places at 6th and Washington are both great for a quick meal, and Mario's around the corner should be enshrined as a national treasure.Flat has lots of room but it isn't fancy. Has everything you need though, plenty of fans and a working AC. Kitchen is fine but I don't think we even turned on the stove. Big fridge. Very safe-feeling neighborhood. If you walk fast it's 10 minutes to the train station, and if you're visiting please understand that PATH is super easy and you're in Manhattan in no time, either the WTC or the Village and up to midtown almost. And at night it's quiet, very much unlike Manhattan."
