Newly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings, we have maintained the Art Deco features and added beautiful furnishings. Park on Park is warm and welcoming, with new bathrooms, a remodelled kitchen and new driveway and gardens. We are proud to make this home available to you and are sure you will enjoy it - as our previous guests have. Join us on your Tassie adventure.** Park on Park has all modern comforts - including the ever important Nespresso coffee! Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and separate dining/lounge-room await you - together with a wonderful enclosed rear garden, complete with cubby house. Further information on the amenities is listed below. The house is available in its entirety with door code access meaning that you never have to worry about losing the key! **Park on Park is**: In close proximity to... everything! It is minutes from the CBD (2.7km/1.7m to the Elizabeth Street Mall). There is a bus stop 10 metres away and it takes about four minutes to drive to the city proper. A great place to base yourself for exploring the wonders of Tasmania - Port Arthur, Bruny Island, Lake Pedder, Russell Falls, Mount Wellington, the Huon Valley, the Derwent Valley. Located in the suburb of New Town - a great neighbourhood with gorgeous Colonial, Federation and Art Deco architecture throughout. Close to the majestic Hobart waterfront, the Botanical Gardens, Salamanca Place, the Federation Concert Hall and the North Hobart restaurant strip – all are just minutes away. There are a smorgasbord of dine-out or order-in eating options available. 10 minutes from The Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) and the Derwent Entertainment Centre. It has all the modern conveniences that ones looks for, super comfy beds and sofas. The location is so central to every thing and a short walk to Hill St Grocer which is a must visit if interested in foodie delights. Beautifully decorated with furniture suitable for the age of the house but with modern amenities that complimented it. Distance from the harbour and restaurants was easily solved by a mixture of walking or taxi or uber. We would be delighted to return to this place again. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely and spacious federation style home with Arc Deco style furnishings. Great position for a short drive into the CBD.
