Central to this spacious house is a modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for your stay. A large fridge/freezer with an ice/water dispenser, oven with induction hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, Nespresso machine, etc. The kitchen has a stone-top island bench with seating for 6 guests. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large stone-top dining table with seating for 10 guests and a beautiful lounge room with comfortable leather couches and a large smart TV. \- All bedrooms include a large smart TV, wardrobe with hangers, electric blanket, and bedside tables with lamps. Four queen bedrooms have their own ensuite. \- There is a kitchenette in the northern wing of the house with a fridge/freezer, sink and microwave. \- The second living room has 2 leather couches and a large smart TV, two pinball machines and a sit down arcade cocktail machine with 60 games. \- Down 5 stairs is the enclosed 120m2 entertainment / living zone which has high ceilings and carpeted floors, making it cosy but bright. The space is equipped with a queen bed, bathroom / toilet, 5 leather lounges, a pool table, a table tennis table, 2 large smart TVs, PlayStation 3, Wii and another sit-down cocktail arcade machine with 60 games. \- The backyard of the property has an extremely private landscaped garden.
