"The views are incredible and so are the staff. They were extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. They provided free bikes so we were able to ride around the local area which was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon after doing the boat tour. There’s tons of bars and restaurants a few minutes down the road. The town proper was a bit of a bike ride but definitely manageable and the ride itself is beautiful so no complaints about that. "The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque. The location is away from the main homestay areas (although very close to Hoa Lu and the Trang An Boat Ride entrance) as well as any shops. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing...

Top Hoa Lu Hotel Reviews

Trang An Garden Resort

Trang An Garden Resort

10/10 Excellent
"This resort is stunning. Sitting in the small main sister within the primary resort area right outside of the town of Hoa Lu, it is part of an areas with lots of other resorts and restaurants. It is at the end of a smaller street and quite and feels private. It is absolutely beautiful and each suite feels very private with its own entrance due to the heavy greenery there. The mini lake in the middle is gorgeous and the views of the mountains around you take your breathe away. The staff were young but super friendly and we were able to rent an electric scooter from there and drive for 10 or so minutes to Hoa Lu which is a stunning town."
