Turned on all the taps for 15 mins and finally got something that was nearly warm. It was like this for 2 days. The cleaner shut the door in my face when I was talking to the manager about no hot water. Rude. They did nothing to sort it out. Room was with balcony...? Not like the picture, no seats or table could fit on it. Lies. Breakfast was ‘ok’ staff helping themselves before serving the guests! Staff also had access to better breakfast food from their own fridge. One day very heavy rain, no umbrellas available st the hotel so had to go and buy one.
