The price and location are great as it is close enough for great eats yet far enough for a change of pace from District 1. The property manager waa very responsive to any concerns. The room is clean, cozy, and a good spot to recharge.

I booked this accommodation specifically because it advertised a swimming pool. Upon arrival and check‑in, I asked where the pool was, only to be told that it had been closed earlier that same morning. No notice had been provided on the website or through the booking platform, and I was informed it would remain closed for the next ten days. When I explained that the pool was the reason for my booking, I requested a refund or a discount. The staff did not collaborate and instead told me to “deal with the booker.” Their attitude was dismissive, and they did not seem interested in offering any solution or assistance. As a result, we left the property. Thankfully, Expedia supported us and arranged alternative accommodation that matched the advertised facilities.
