YOUR HOME - Cozy Studio 25m² 2

  • Cozy, quiet studio in a secure serviced building on Le Van Sy, District 3. Queen bed, air conditioning, fast wifi, a work desk and a kitchenette with fridge and cooking basics. Downtown District 1 is 10-15 minutes away and Tan Son Nhat airport is close by. Local market, street food and cafes are a short walk. Fingerprint entry, 24/7 CCTV, elevator and free motorbike parking. Great for solo travelers, couples and business trips.

    The space
    Your Home is a 31-room serviced apartment building run by our own team since 2019. Each unit has a private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, fast wifi, TV and a kitchenette. The building is in a quiet alley off Le Van Sy street that cars can enter, does not flood in the rainy season, and is close to Tan Son Nhat airport and Saigon railway station.

    Guest access
    Fingerprint entry to the building, elevator to all floors, free motorbike parking and a shared laundry room with washer and dryer (80,000 VND per use). Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.

    - Airport pickup available: 200,000 VND before 21:00, 250,000 VND from 21:00 to 06:00.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Our host was wonderful and very attentive. He met us at check in and set us up with a key and clear instructions. The only issue I had was that I wish he had extra toilet paper and towels. Also it would have been nice to have a bigger blanket as the one provided barely covered both my wife and I and we aren’t big people. Other than those minor issues, the place was perfect for us.
