Its actually in distric 7\. I Told expedia that I would be checking out and moving to a hotel in distric 1\. Pretty clear missguidance on part of the hotel yet they wont refund money. There was dead cockroaches on the corner of the room, and there was long woman hairs on the floor. Looked like no one had swept or mopped the floor. Ther was a small lizard living in the bathroom and you could hear him rumaging inside the trash can at night, sheets were also quick yellow. I have photos of everything.
