We were on level three with a balcony and the noise was awful - I think we averaged 2 hours sleep both nights. We asked to move rooms and we got the family room on the bottom level - much better - but of course paid extra for it. The lovely lady who cooks breakfast in the mornings was wonderful and so friendly! The front desk officer was very kind and accommodating. Our last day, we left our luggage to have last minute shopping. When we return we are so exhausted and we have to get ourselves clean because our flight is the same day. What he did is he offered us a freshly cleaned room to have a quick shower for FREE.
