They only give you one set of towels, if you want to shower morning and evening you have to use the same towel. The air condition in the lobby is off late night/early morning. The hall way in the morning/afternoon is dark, hallway lit evening. It should not be name Park View LUXUARY Hotel. However the wifi is awful, might as well not bother. Which is so frustrating in the centre of the largest city. (We currently have high speed wifi on a tiny island off Vietnam as a comparison). The air con also leaves a lot to be desired, the rooms get very very hot during the day as balcony doors don’t seal and it gets the afternoon sun. The air con just isn’t good enough to cool it sadly. Oh couldn’t forget the night Bui Vien walking street got so much activities at night. The room was clean. I booked a room wirh park view but i was put in a room without a view. There is construction going on there and its tetrible very early in the morning through out all day including sunday. Well, maybe not straight-up luxury, but that's just your naming conventions in SE Asia. I was flying at night, so I booked the suite with a balcony to act as my HQ for just one day. It worked perfectly for those ends: I arrived and was given the room as soon as the clean-up was finished, which was before the official checkin time. The room was nice and clean and had a great view the city. I had a lot fun coming and going and, while in the room, following the hectic goings-on on the streets below.
