Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The location is excellent as it is OFF backpackers streets so quieter and less crowded. The only downside was not having access to a breakfast area. We ate down the street at Cinamon Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Front desk agent is very nice and sweet. Doorman is very grumpy and rude. The inconvenience was that they didn’t allow us two have keys and made every person to scan their id if they went to any room. You’re allow to have visitors.
