Staff are beyond helpful and so friendly! I had a mix up on my bookings between the different Chez Mimosa properties and they went above and beyond to fix it. Not to mention they don’t mind holding your bag until your flight and even giving you a place to shower before you fly out in the evening. Internet wasn't great, and breakfast would have been nice since it was advertised as coming with it, though I understand that can be difficult in these COVID times. There are local cafes and a Vietnamese restaurant on the street with prices for Vietnamese people. It’s not far away from all main tourist attractions, our room was nice, especially a balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee. The best things about this hotel is staff. It’s really difficult to describe the level of politeness and helpfulness they offer, from providing a information about Ho Ci Minh to making sure that your taxi driver knows where to take you.
