Great desk personnel, free load of laundry left at 2, was at my door in the AM, free breakfast. The bakcony room was nice. Quiet akkey, 5 min walk to Bui Vien but without the noise. I will stay here again!

Great customer service and so friendly! VERY far from airport though, 45 minutes, not 9 min as outlined on app. Everything else was great though!

Great little spot in district one and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Staff are beyond helpful and so friendly! I had a mix up on my bookings between the different Chez Mimosa properties and they went above and beyond to fix it. Not to mention they don’t mind holding your bag until your flight and even giving you a place to shower before you fly out in the evening. I’ve been before and if I ever come back, I’ll be staying at one of the properties again!

The staff were so friendly helpful with my travel needs. Breakfast was delicious esp the home-made yoghurt.the room was clean and comfortable. My stay was could not have gone any better

Lovely little place to stay - with lots of little touches to make you feel at home (including daily free laundry, a foot bath and breakfast in the roof terrace). We had a really spacious room with a balcony overlooking the street. Good proximity to Ben Than. Excellent value for money.

バルコニー付きの部屋に２泊しました。 便利な立地、フレンドリーなスタッフ、無料のクリーニングサービス、美味しい朝食などなど快適に過ごせました。 道を挟んだ前で解体工事をしていたんですが、夕方で終了...と思いきや、夜の10PMー0AMくらいまで工事やってて煩かったのは不運だったのか。。。 とはいえ、いつもどこかで解体工事をやり続けるわけではないと思いますので、次回行く時の候補にさせていただきます。

Helpful and friendly staff, nice large room with balcony. Internet wasn't great, and breakfast would have been nice since it was advertised as coming with it, though I understand that can be difficult in these COVID times. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

The hotel is positioned in a kind of private street locked at night(key to the gate provided), so you can have a rest from mopeds making noise. There are local cafes and a Vietnamese restaurant on the street with prices for Vietnamese people. It’s not far away from all main tourist attractions, our room was nice, especially a balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee. The best things about this hotel is staff. It’s really difficult to describe the level of politeness and helpfulness they offer, from providing a information about Ho Ci Minh to making sure that your taxi driver knows where to take you. Just amazing!!!

Die angebotene Tour zum Mekong Delta war eine reine Verkaufstour und hat uns insgesamt nicht gut gefallen. Das zieht die Bewertung leider nach unten. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Frühstück, Unterkunft, Lage und Personal waren top!
