"The staff was amazing and super helpful. The rooms are small but to be expected internationally. Our only negative was we ordered a taxi and was told 30 to 40 min. At about 30 min a taxi pulled up and said our room number but another couple got in. When we told the front desk our taxi was taken they told us "No, its just around the corner" waited another 20 minutes and finally just flagged down our own taxi. A better system needs to be in place."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was huge and very comfortable. We paid for breakfast and there was a wide variety of things to eat and everyone in my family had a nice breakfast to start our day. We used the laundry service and it was speedy and worth the money. If we are ever staying in the area we would come back here."

The front guest staff were. Super. Helpful when I ran into trouble working the many conveniences in the room. The included breakfast is excellent, so many selections and so welcomed when you are trying to be ready for early tours. Downtown was a bit more walk than I sensed when booking but if you choose the seaside route you see so many attractions along the way,"

"This exceeded our expectations it was beautiful. We loved the hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Such a fun way to end our trip. This is not camping in the middle of Iceland. It is only a 15 minute drive to Rajkovic which we liked so we could go out to nice dinners at night. It’s kind of in an old industrial park when you look around the scene isn’t that nice but when you’re in the dome, it was really cool to watch sunset. While inside you don’t feel like you’re in an industrial zone, but if you’re looking for wilderness, this is not the place for you. This is just a quick drive outside of the city and somewhere fun to stay well in Iceland. I would recommend it to anyone going to Iceland with a family. The kitchen came in handy although we forgot half our food in the cabinet because we put it away sorry……. They left us some sodas and even some champagne in the fridge for our arrival. My only suggestion is more towels. And maybe a table and chairs out by the hot tub so that we could have coffee in the morning outside"
