Overall I had a great time at papouis hotel , my shower room stunk of excrement and urine for the whole time I was there , i assumed it was a plumbing issue , as I was alone i put up with it . Apart from that everything was fine and all the staff were lovely . Well done to all

We stayed here for two nights. The service from every single staff member was exemplary, genuine smiles, offering help rather than having to be asked, a wonderful example of good customer service. Excellent private covered parking in the heart of Limassol, as well as amazing spacious rooms and a high-tech experience all round. The roof area with the pool is also beautiful and I would definitely stay here again.
