"Great location for this little town of Kona. Parking is free. Lots of places to eat, and shop in area. Easy walk to ocean, but not a "swimming " location. Staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows comfy. Older building, but just fine. Nice open space lobby. Rooms clean, and sufficient"

The pillows could be replaced on the bed(s). Just having four towels in each bathroom was not enough. We did have to run loads of laundry ..."
