"Clean and stylish hotel - a great location to explore Kona on foot or a great hub for all other island trips by car! There is a beach/bay practically in the backyard where you can snorkel (and see some cool fish/coral) kayak, paddle board etc. Amenities were great (pool, beach towels/chairs, bikes) but do require a $25/day charge NOT included in the Expedia prices. The view from our room was absolutely amazing (ocean and mountain). Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Worth the stay, the price, and would stay here again and/or recommend this to a friend! :)"

OCEAN Front Kona Studio - Spectacular view!

"I had a wonderful view of the ocean and Alii drive. The room had almost everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee maker, small appliances, and cleaning products. Plenty of towels (bath, pool, kitchen). I didn’t use the tv, but I did use the WiFi which worked just fine. The bed and chairs in the unit were comfortable and there was a small dresser to hang clothes (including hangars). I used the AC and it cooled the space quickly. I used the laundry facilities. They are run using an app with a QR code. There are 5 washing machines, but 2 were out of order. There were 8 or 10 dryers. I did not use the pool, hot tub, or BBQ grills, but they all looked well maintained. The only thing I wish they had were better beach chairs. These seemed a little dated and didn’t have a cover to carry them. But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return."

"This was a great place to stay! We were here for 6 nights and had a really amazing stay. There was onsite parking (which is huge), and it was very easy to find a parking spot.The location is in the middle of all of the Kona buzz, which made it easy for us to walk around when we stayed in town. The Farmer’s Market was less than a 5 minute walk, and Safeway, Walmart, and Target were all quite easy to get to. The owners were very communicative and helped us find the location (Google Maps wasn’t quite sure where to take us). Overall, we would stay here again."
