Top Kona Farmers Market Hotel Reviews
Royal Kona Resort
8/10 Good
"Great place to stay in Kona! A smaller resort with everything you need. Not a ton of frills but it was clean. quiet, lovely grounds, and in a great location. Comfortable beds as well. If you’re expecting new/modern this isn’t it…but it’s a solid 8/10. My only real complaint is that the pool area closes at “sunset” which in October means 6pm-6:30pm. I often like to take a dip at the end of the day so that was disappointing. Otherwise, no complaints!"

"Very well maintained."
Top Floor Cozy Condo Nestled Among Tropical Kailua Kona Treetops
8/10 Good
"The property is lovely, It has a courtyard with a pool. Although it is well-located, along a busy street, it provides provides quiet space and privacy. The unit is large and attractive, and was well cleaned and maintained. There is a property caretaker on site and available until 11:30 a night, a nice feature. The drawback to this unit is the poor design of the bathroom and kitchenette. The toilet and shower are fine, but rest of the bathroom is crammed into a small space into which is also crammed a kitchenette. There is no mirror over a sink, so shaving and makeup application is problematic. The Kitchenette is too small to allow for any significant meal preparation. Overall, the unit is quite spacious, so it is hard to understand why so little space was devoted to more functional kitchen and bath spaces."

"This was a great location. The condo was very nice. The only things I think would have been nice to have, would be a hot plate and a small dinette set. The couch was unnecessary. Otherwise, it fit us perfectly."
Charming Condo Hotel in lovely Beach front Kailua-Kona with AC, WiFi
10/10 Excellent
"Great property owner. Awesome location. I would recommend these condo's to anyone. David was more than accommodating with the early check- in and the late checkout since flights don't leave the island until late evening. I'll be back for a repeat visit! Thanks to all at the Inn for their friendly service!"
Kona Islander Vacation Club
10/10 Excellent
"We’ve been staying at Kona Islander since 2008 and have stayed in several different units over the years. We keep coming back because we love the location and atmosphere, and the staff during this visit were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We had a great stay overall. Our main disappointment with this particular unit was that it did not have a hot plate or small stovetop. One of the reasons we choose Kona Islander instead of a traditional hotel is the ability to prepare meals during longer stays. We stayed for 10 days and went to Costco planning to make many of our breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in the room, but with only a microwave, we couldn’t do that as planned. This unit also had only a small refrigerator, while other units we’ve stayed in at the property had a full-size refrigerator and freezer. That was less important to us, but worth mentioning. We would absolutely stay at Kona Islander again. We just hope the owner considers adding a hot plate or small stovetop to this unit. That one addition would have made an otherwise wonderful stay even better."

"Everything was great! Our host was very good at communicating and we even locked ourselves out of our room and it was a smooth process getting a second key to get in. Very comfortable, close to the ocean, and a good price! I would stay again!"

"Super nice for a quick stay in Kona! Lots of amenities we didn’t get to try but the room was clean and comfy and help us reset after our long travel day :)"
