The woman who checked us in was particularly helpful, even moving her car so we could have a more secure parking place since we had a jet ski on our vehicle. We appreciated that the muffins and fruit for breakfast were available early so we could get on our way. Staff in the morning was helpful in directing us to a nice place to walk.

The staff were amazing. When we arrived at our room, next door people were loud and fighting. We requested for a room change and they immediately gave it to us. It needs renovation but the place was friendly and they provided fruits, muffins, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Overall, you get what you pay for plus friendly accommodating staff!!

Very welcoming staff. If you are looking for a clean hotel for a one night stop over with family it fits the bill. Double mattresses in rooms very springy & not comfortable for two people. Although no pool you can use that savings to go to the Miete Hotsprings instead. Overall good bang for your buck.

The staff were helpful and efficient, the room was clean and the price was affordable. The bar was a fun place to spend some time. I haven't played pool in years! My only complaint was the issue with the pipes banging during the night very loudly. Kept us awake.
