"I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "

"The staff is rude : doesn't Say hello and respond when we Say it. They give us only one room card for 3 adults in the room and refused to give another which created issues and inconfort. During the breakfast, they are harcelling us to take the vessels and dont let us finish to get ouf breakfast in calm. The swimming pool in picture used for promotion is billeable 25euros. Overall i dont recommend the stay, for this Price we Can expect a better experience and services from the staff "

Don’t trust the location per Hotels.com - it’s not really walkable in hotter months to the centre of town - but you can get a taxi and the staff were kind enough to drop me back into town when I left. When I visited it was new so there was no restaurant facilities, but they were so helpful to detail delivery options which I did very easily and I really couldn’t fault it for the price and I was happy to have a Netflix and chill evening as I didn’t have a car...
