We can’t say enough great things about this place! The staff was exceptional. Hamza, Padma and the rest of the crew were so great. They took good care of us from start to finish! The food and drinks were divine, and the views from our room were amazing! Breakfast was phenomenal every day. Great location located close to everything within walking distance! We felt very safe. The cushions on the loungers and cabanas could be replaced, but everything else was truly wonderful and we would come back again. Thank you so much!!

The hotel has wonderful sea view and the hotel staff is good and helpful. Only disappointments was the hotel does not provide coffee sachets in the room, the bar was not open in the off peak season and also in the room, some or the other things was broken. Most importantly, Maniraj who is the bartender in the restaurant was amazing and very helpful. He has provided us excellent service.

The room was stunning, loved the sea view from our balcony. Breakfast was amazing and there was a wide variety of food choices. The staff made our experience even better! They were very helpful, attentive and friendly. We did stay at San Angelo during April- the low season- so the bar and restaurants were sadly not open yet. The spa also was not availabile yet, but we were able to use the sauna and jacuzzi- which was lovely. Overall having stayed in the low season, the hotel was very quiet and relaxing!

This is a gem away with the most gorgeous sea views and sexy vibe. We felt very welcome . The infinity pool is so pretty. A 15 minute walk from ferry and 15 min walk to the boardwalk with nightlife. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. We would return here in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. Stayed 2 nights end of May and was disappointed. The beach setup was not as advertised in the photos and appeared unprepared for the season. Basic amenities were lacking. Beach towels were not available at reasonable hours, and even after being told they would be brought out, they never were. Seating by the beach had no proper padding, and what was available was very limited and dirty. Visible trash everywhere along the shoreline area. People kept coming down looking for a spot and had to go back up because all there was, was wood bases. Service was inconsistent and at times frustrating. In multiple instances, staff did not follow through — including long waits for simple things like a menu or coffee. One incident at the beach stood out: I ordered drinks and food, added additional drinks for guests at a nearby table, and paid the full bill (~4,600 lek) plus a tip (6,000 lek total). The drinks ordered for the other guests were never delivered and he disappeared. When I followed up the next day with the server, he gave a different explanation than what was actually ordered and what the guests themselves confirmed. Basically he pocketed ~3,200 lek; it’s not the amount but the principle. I would strongly recommend not paying until all ordered items have actually been received. Overall, the service and maintenance did not meet expectations, and the experience felt disorganized and unreliable throughout the stay.

Lovely hotel, in particular the view was incredible. Very quiet off season, own private beach. Though it is a very new hotel and still bits under construction - eg car park, spa etc. Though would still recommend once completely finished. Breakfast also a little basic though ok.
